Sub: CBEC to observe a Special Drive "IGST/ITC Exports Refund Fortnight" from 15th March to 29th March, 2018
Dear Member,
The Council would like to inform you that CBEC has decided to observe a Special Drive "IGST/ITC Exports Refund Fortnight" from 15th March to 29th March, 2018 to clear up all "IGST/ITC Exports Refund pending claims.
This Special Drive will be observed across all the field formations wherein exclusive camps / refund cells will be set up to deal with cases of pending export related refund claims. CBEC is of the view that, this Special Drive would be used fully to bring the pending refunds to NIL.
The Council requests its members to avail the benefit of this Drive in clearing your pending refunds under IGST/ITC, if any.
Members may please note that further details of the Special Drive will be communicated once CBEC issues instructions to all its Officials in the Department.
