Subject: IGST Refund Facilitation Camp

Dear Member,

The Council has been informed by the Office of the Commissioner of Customs – NS II, Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House (JNCH) vide Public Notice No.39/2018 dated March 14, 2018 that they would be organizing an ‘IGST Refund Facilitation Camp’ commencing from March 15, 2018 to March 29,2018.

They have further informed that during this fortnight all shipping bills in respect of which data has been validated by GSTN but refund has not been disbursed due to invoice mismatch error (error code SB005) will be processed on priority.

JNCH has requested all those exporters who have exported their consignments from Nhava Sheva port to act accordingly as advised –

Approach the IGST refund helpdesk on the ground floor of the Custom House with the prescribed concordance tables in respect of those shipping bills where SB005 error exists, along with the GSTR1 and Table 6A, if any, for the relevant month.

After preliminary verification in the help desk these cases would be taken up for priority processing in the IGST refund processing centre on 6th floor of the Custom House.

Please ensure that concordance tables/GSTR1/Table 6A are submitted only in respect of those shipping bills where SB005 error exists and which have been exported through Nhava Sheva port.

Please be informed that the format for the concordance table has already been circulated vide CBEC Circular No. 05/2018-Cus., dated 23.02.2018 and Public Notice No. 29/2018, dated 26.02.2018 of Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House.

Members are requested to avail this facility on priority basis and submit the requisite information to the Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House from March 15, 2018 to March 29, 2018 to get your refund claims processed successfully.
