Dear Member,

We are pleased to inform you that DGFT has issued Notification No. 55/2015- 20 dated 23^rd March, 2018  intimating about the amendments in Para 6.01(d)(ii) relating to Export and Import of Goods under Export Oriented Unit (EOU) Scheme in Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20.

Amendments are as follows:-

• Exemption from Integrated Tax and Compensation Cess under EOU Scheme under Para 6.01(d)(ii) of FTP 2015-20 is extended upto 01.10.2018.
