Sub: Re-organization of Export Commissionerate and Formation of Audit Commissionerates (Customs) in Mumbai Customs Zone-I.
Dear Member,
This is to inform you that Mumbai Customs has issued a Trade Notice No. 01/2018- CCO- MZ- 1 dated 31st March, 2018 regarding re-organization of Export Commissionerate and Formation of Audit Commissionerates (Customs) in Mumbai Customs Zone-I. The re-organized Commissionerates shall come into force w.e.f. 1st April, 2018.
In pursuance of the Notification No 82/2017-Customs (NT), dated 24.08.2017, re-organisation of the Export Commissionerates of Mumbai Customs Zone I has been done and the existing Export-I & Export-Il Commissionerates of this Zone will be merged into a single Commissionerate, namely, Export Commissionerate, Zone-I. The details of the Commissionerate are as under:

Consequently, all the existing functions hitherto discharged by the Export-II Commissionerate will be now handled by the Export Commissionerate, Zone-I.
