Dear Member,
JNCH (Nhava Sheva) has issued Public Notice No. 56/2018- 19 dated 29th March, 2018 regarding compliance of Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016.
For the sake of easy reference, important provisions of said “Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016” in relation to import and export are given in the Public Notice No. 56/ 018.
