Dear Member,
Air Cargo Complex (Sahar) has issued Public Notice No. 62/2018 dated 17th April, 2018 regarding drawing of samples for the purpose of grant of drawback.
Your attention is invited to the Board Circular No. 47/2017- Customs dated 27.11.2017, 34/95-Cus dated 06.04.1995, 57/97-Customs dated 31.10.1997 and 25/2005-Customs, prescribing monetary limits with respect to drawing of samples for the purpose of grant of drawback.
Now, Board has decided to rescind the earlier Circular Nos. 34/95-Cus dated 06.04.1995, 57/97-Customs dated 31.10.1997 and 25/2005-Customs (Amendment to Circular 57/97-Cus dated 31.10.1997), in order to further facilitate trade and enhance the ease of doing business,
