Sub: CBEC notifications related to Union Territory Tax under GST

Dear Member,

We would like to inform you that the Central Board of Excise ad Customs (CBEC) has issued notifications relating to Union Territory Tax under GST.

The details are given here-below:

1. Notification No.10/2018-Union Territory Tax dated 21^st May, 2018- Notifications regarding E-way bill in Union Territories (without legislature)

The Central Government hereby rescinds Notification No. G.S.R. 315(E) dated 31^st March, 2018, w.e.f. 25^th May, 2018.

2. Notification No.11/2018-Union Territory Tax dated 21^st May, 2018- Notifications regarding E-way bill in Union Territories (without legislature)

The Central Government hereby rescinds Notification No. G.S.R. 319(E) dated 31^st March, 2018, w.e.f. 25^th May, 2018.
