Re: Participation in ‘SOURCE INDIA”/RBSM in Surat from 21st to 23rd September 2018
As you are aware, SRTEPC was earlier scheduled to organize a follow-up participation in Reverse Buyers Sellers Meet (RBSM) in Surat under the MAI Scheme of the Ministry of Commerce, Govt. of India from 28th to 30th September 2018.
However, since the above dates were coinciding with a prominent Int’l Fair, we now have decided to reschedule the dates of the mega Textile Show (RBSM) in Surat from 21st to 23rd September 2018.
As also communicated earlier, the following charges/fees have been finalized by the Council for participation of member-companies in the Fair based on the costs of the earlier edition of RBSM organized by the Council during August 2016 in Surat:
In this regard, we may mention here that as the Council has decided to double the size of the Event organized during 2016, the forthcoming edition of SOURCE INDIA will have provisions to accommodate 200 member participants as exhibitors and 200 visiting Buyers, who will be invited by the Council with complimentary facilities to be provided through MAI grant of our Ministry for discussing business with their prospective Indian suppliers of textiles. Theme Pavilion, Seminars/workshop will also be organized on the sidelines during the Event.
Participation in Source India 2018, the Flagship Export Promotion Program of the Council, offers an excellent opportunity to SRTEPC member-companies to meet and discuss business with visiting Foreign Buyers and many others from India. This is in fact a “not-to-be-missed opportunity”, particularly for those not able to visit foreign countries very often to discuss business with their foreign customers due to financial constraints.
In view of the above, we are sure that you will not like to miss this opportunity for participation in “Source India” 2018 in Surat to develop valuable trade contacts with your potential customers – just from your booth at Source India, Surat. In this regard considering space constraints, it is requested to immediately book your stall/space by sending your duly filled-in “Application Form” along with an advance payment of Rs. 50,000 (balance payment should be sent on or before 31st July 2018 by cheque/DD to be drawn in favor of “The Synthetic & Rayon Textiles Export Promotion Council, Mumbai”) to SRTEPC at the earliest. The amount of your participation charge can also be paid to the Council through Bank transfer. Kindly refer “Application Form (download)”.
