Sub: Seeks to impose definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of "High Tenacity Polyester Yarn (HTPY)" from China PR.

Dear Member,

This is to inform you that the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) has issued Notification No. 35/2018- Customs (ADD) dated 09^th July, 2018 imposing anti-dumping duty on imports of "High Tenacity Polyester Yarn(HTPY)" from People’s Republic of China falling under Sub- Heading No. 54022090.

This duty shall be effective for a period of five years (unless revoked, superseded or amended earlier) from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette and shall be paid in Indian currency.
