Re: Request for confirmation of your booth in Source India (RBSM) being organized by SRTEPC in Surat from 21st to 23rd September 2018
As you are aware, SRTEPC is organizing a Flagship Export Promotion programme, named ‘Source India 2018’ in Surat on the dates, as mentioned above. This Mega programme of textiles has been designed by SRTEPC to offer an excellent opportunity to its member-companies to participate in an Exhibition organized in Surat to meet and discuss business --- sitting across the table with around 200 foreign buyers --- representing 40 highly potential markets / countries, which do source their requirements of textiles / clothing from various countries across the world.
The Council is currently in the process of identifying discerning international buyers by organizing Road Shows in the potential countries / markets in co-ordination with the leading international Trade Bodies and Embassies of India.
At the event, we will be creating an exclusive Business Lounge for organizing one-to-one Business Meetings with the concerned invited foreign buyers. The Council is also organizing ‘Networking Dinners’ that will provide an excellent opportunity to Executives of participating member-companies of the Council to know each other better in order to develop excellent relationships for discussing business. Representatives from the leading buying houses, the major retail brands and other stakeholders will also be visiting the event.
On the sidelines of Source India, Theme Pavilion, Workshop/Seminars on subjects of International interest will also be organized to add value to the programme.
As for your participation, you will have options both for booking a standard furnished booth of 9 sqm sized and / or raw space for constructing a booth of your own design. Costs for booking booths / raw space are as follows:
Since the above mentioned Event of textiles will enable you to meet around 200 highly potential International Buyers having requirements for different varieties of textiles including fabrics, made-ups, yarn and fibre. It is, therefore, a not-to-be missed opportunity for all the member-companies of the Council for exploring possibilities of developing / expanding their trade across the world.
