Third IGST Refund Fortnight to clear pending refunds |
Dear Member,
Kindly refer to our earlier Circular No. ES/125/2018-19 dated 18th July, 2018 informing that CBIC is observing Third Refund Fortnight to clear pending refunds regarding IGST, ITC and any other refunds.
In this connection, now, JNCH (Nhava Sheva) has issued a Public Notice No. 109/2018 dated 17th July, 2018 informing about the Third IGST Refund Fortnight to clear pending refunds.
Your kind attention is also invited to Public Notice No. 29/2018 dated 26.02.2018, 39/2018 dated 14.03.2018 and 90/2018 dated 30.05.2018, Facility Notice No. 43/2018 dated 19.03.2018 and Facility Notice No. 48/2018 dated 23.03.2018 which is available on JNCH website (www.jawaharcustoms.gov.in).
In order to liquidate pendency further, and to handhold/ guide the members of trade, JNCH is organizing third IGST refund clearance fortnight from 16th July 2018 to 30th July 2018 at JNCH, Nhava Sheva.
Members are requested to avail the benefit of this opportunity to get their refund claims processed. The shipping bill wise detail of validated shipping bills is available on the JNCH website.
