Sub.: Regarding intimation to Regional Authorities about Block-wise fulfilment of EO under the EPCG Scheme
Dear Member,
O/o DGFT has issued Public Notice No. 32/2015-2020 dated 29th August, 2018 by making amendments in Paragraph 5.14 (b) relating to Block-wise Fulfilment of EO under Hand Book of Procedures 2015-20 regarding intimation to Regional Authorities about Block-wise fulfilment of Export Obligation (EO) under the Export Promotion Capital Goods (EPCG) Scheme.

The Authorisation holder would intimate the Regional Authority on the fulfilment of the export obligation, as well as average exports, within three months of completion of the block, by secured electronic filing using digital signatures. |
