Sub.: Compliance of the Norm of EAT module in PFMS for processing the claims/subsidy under R-TUFS/RR-TUFS
Dear Member,
We would like to inform you that the O/o Textile Commissioner has issued an Office Memorandum vide No. 12(1)/ A-TUFS/ Policy/ MOT Ref./ 2018/ TUFS/ 138 dated 7th September, 2018 on the above subject.
As you may be aware, use of PFMS (EAT) Module is mandatory for release of grants under Central Sector Scheme M-TUFS, R-TUFS & RR-TUFS. The Department of Expenditure has mandated all the Ministries to implement the EAT module of PFMS for release of grant under Central Sector Scheme.
Accordingly, Ministry of Textile has directed to release the subsidy to concerned textile units using PFMS (EAT) Module only. Hence, all Nodal Banks, branches of concerned lending agencies and beneficiary units under TUFS are requested to mandatorily follow the guidelines and get registered on PFMS (EAT) Module.
In view of the above, concerned members are requested to kindly refer the website: https://pfms.nic.in for registering under EAT Module in PFMS (Toll Free No. 1800 118 111) and submit the compliance report immediately.
Please note that the further release of subsidy is subject to confirmation of registration under PFMS by Nodal Banks of Lending Agencies, concerned branches of lending agencies and beneficiary units.
