Sub: Amendment to Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment Regulations, 2018.

Dear Member,

We would like to inform you that CBIC has issued Notification No. 88/2018-Customs (N.T.) dated 30^th October, 2018 amending the Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment Regulations, 2018. These regulations may be called the Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2018.

In the Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment Regulations 2018, regulation shall come into force w.e.f 1^st March, 2019.

Members may kindly make a note of the above.
