Sub.: CBIC extends due date for filing of FORM GSTR-3B for taxpayers in Srikakulam district of Andhra Pradesh and 11 districts of Tamil Nadu.

Dear Member,

We would like to inform you that CBIC has issued a Notification No. 62/2018- Central Tax dated 29^th November, 2018 extending the due date for filing of FORM GSTR – 3B for tax payers in Srikakulam district of Andhra Pradesh and 11 districts of Tamil Nadu.

Taxpayers whose principal place of business is in Srikakulam district in Andhra Pradesh can file FORM GSTR-3B for the months of September and October, 2018 till 30^th November, 2018.

Taxpayers having principal place of business in the following 11 districts of Tamil Nadu can file FORM GSTR-3B for the month of October, 2018 till 20^th December, 2018;

2. Thiruvarur,

3. Puddukottai,

4. Dindigul,

5. Nagapatinam,

6. Theni,

7. Thanjavur,

8. Sivagangai,

9. Tiruchirappalli,

10.  Karur

11.  Ramanathapuram
