Sub : Expiry Review by Turkey on imports of “Yarn of Manmade or Synthetic or Artificial Staple Fibres” from People's Republic of China, Indonesia, India, Malaysia, Pakistan, Thailand, Vietnam.

Dear Member,

We would like to inform you that the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Turkey has initiated an expiry review on “Yarn of manmade or synthetic or artificial staple fibres” imported from other countries including India vide initiation notice (2019/2) which was published in the Turkish Official Gazette on December, 31, 2018.

The Turkish Authorities have imposed an anti-dumping measure of

─   the amounts between 0.29 US Dollar/Kg and 0.39 US Dollar/Kg for India,

On  mentioned products by the Communiqué No 2019/2 in dated December 31, 2018, which is now subject to the above-mentioned expiry review. The measures will remain effective until the conclusion of the Expiry Review.

The details of the Investigation are as follows – 

• HS codes (customs tariff statistic position) : 55.08, 55.09, 55.10, 55.11 (except for 5509.52, 5509.61, 5509.91 and 5510.20).

• Number of days allowed for questionnaire response: 37 days including the date of notification and mailing time (5^th February, 2019).
