Sub: Directives for processing of application for MEIS claims under FTP 2015-20

Dear Member,

DGFT has issued Public Notice No. 68/ 2015- 2020 dated 9^th January, 2019 by making amendments in the Annexure to the Public Notice No. 62 dated 16^th February, 2018 with immediate effect in order to improve ease of doing business, simplify the procedures, avoid delays and to increase the transparency in processing the applications for MEIS claims.

Members please make a note of the following:-

• The Annexure to the Public Notice No. 62 dated 16^th February, 2018 will have only the following entries Sl. No entries.

Relevant extract of the Annexure given in the Public Notice (Chapter 54- 63) is as follows:-

• The above MEIS Serial no. entries, the applications would be processed in manual code as per the guidelines issued to the RAs in the Trade Notice No. 30 dated 11^th September, 2018.
