Sub: ITMA 2019 in Barcelona, Spain
Kindly refer to the Circulars of this Council, Vide Ref: MR/CIR/1637 dtd. 20th August 2018, MR/CIR/1698 dtd. 20th February 2019 and MR/CIR/1708 dtd. 8th March 2019 inviting participation at ITMA 2019 in Barcelona, Spain from 20 – 26th, June 2019.
We may mention that already 10 Member companies have confirmed to be part of the delegation to ITMA 2019 in Barcelona. Visit to the Event will be highly rewarding, as ITMA is the trendsetting textile and garment technology platform where the industry converges every four years since 1951 to explore fresh ideas, effective solutions and collaborative partnerships for business growth.
As we have already informed, the Organiser of ITMA 2019 has assured us about offering complimentary services including preferential rates to our members for visitor badges, subject to visit of a delegation of at least 30 companies. This Council is also planning to take assistance/ service of M/S Gherzi (Zurich) Consultants, who has sound technical expertise in Textile Technology/Machinery to guide the delegates during their visit to ITMA 2019 in Barcelona.
We have already circulated, tentative Travel Package to visit ITMA 2019 in Barcelona, Spain including visa, flight, accommodation, etc. which is given below. The rates are negotiable based on the number of visitors.
Therefore, it is requested that the companies who are still interested to participate in the Event may please inform us at mr@srtepc.in latest by Thursday 14th March, 2019. Request all the Member-companies to participate in good number in order to help us availing the benefits from the organiser as well as the subsidised travel package for participating in this rewarding Event.
