Sub.: CBIC amends Notification No. 50/2017-customs dated 30^th June, 2017 to postpone the implementation of increased customs duty on specified imports originating in USA from 1^st April, 2019 to 2^nd May, 2019.

Dear Member,

We would like to inform you that CBIC has issued Notification No. 11/2019- Customs dated 30^th March, 2019 by making amendments in Notification No. 50/2017-customs dated 30^th June, 2017 in order to postpone the implementation of increased customs duty on specified imports originating in USA from 1^st April, 2019 to 2^nd May, 2019.

Members may kindly make a note of the above amendments.
