Sub: CBIC amends Notification No. 50/2017-customs dated 30th June 2017 to postpone the implementation of increased customs duty on specified imports originating in USA from 16^th May, 2019 to 16^th June, 2019.

Dear Member,

Kindly refer to Council’s earlier Circular No.ES/30/2019-20  dated  2^nd May, 2019 in which CBIC had postponed the implementation of increased customs duty on specified imports originating in USA from 2^nd May, 2019 to 16^th May, 2019 vide Notification No. 14/2019- Customs dated 1^st May, 2019..

Now, CBIC has postponed the implementation of increased customs duty on specified imports originating in USA from 16^th May, 2019 to 16^th June, 2019 vide Notification No. 15/2019- Customs dated 14^th May, 2019..

Members may kindly make a note of the above changes.
