Re : Participation in mega BSM --- “Source India’ 2019 during August 2019 in Mumbai
The Synthetic & Rayon Textiles Export Promotion Council (SRTEPC) is organizing a RBSM, popularly known as : “Source India’ from 21st to 23rd August 2019 in Bombay Exhibition Centre in Goregaon, Mumbai. The 3-day flagship Export Promotion Programme of textiles, approved by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India, is being organized by SRTEPC under the MAI Scheme.
“Source India’ is primarily aimed towards aggressive selling of Indian Man-made Fibre (MMF) textiles to about 150 specially invited prominent international buyers from nearly 40 leading markets of textiles across the world -- covering almost all the continents; including those representing foreign leading Buying Houses based in India. Each selected foreign buyers will be offered complimentaries (viz. 2-way airfares, accommodations and other facilities) for their entire stay at ‘Source India’.
In this connection, in addition to the direct visit of invited buyers to their Indian exhibiting company-representatives, SRTEPC will also organize separate ‘business meetings’ on one-to-one basis at a specially designated area. This additional arrangement is being made by the Council to enable its member-participants to maximize the benefits of the presence of 150 specially selected foreign buyers. Fashion Shows, Networking Dinners and Cultural Programmes will also be organized to add to the value of the event.
In this regard, SRTEPC will accommodate participation of around 125 member-companies of different product groups based on the following participation charges:
All participants, who are located 50 kms. away from the venue of the event, a reimbursement of cost of hotel accommodation / service apartment (Rs.5000 per day per exhibiting company including all taxes or actual bill whichever is lower for the 3-day Show) will be offered. (Copies of the hotel bill must be submitted to the Council)
Participation in ‘Source India’ is a ‘not-to-be-missed-opportunity’ for the member-companies of the Council, particularly those can’t visit overseas destinations frequently to meet their target customers to discuss business due to weak financial infrastructure.
In view of limited space availability, all those interested in availing this excellent opportunity, are requested to immediately block their space/booth along with duly filled-in and full participation charges. Participation will be accepted strictly on ‘First-Come-First-Served’ basis.
We look forward to receiving your confirmation very soon.
