Sub.: DGFT Invites suggestions on Review of Foreign Trade Policy
Dear Member,
We would like to inform you that DGFT has decided to revise the current Foreign Trade Policy (2015-2020) vide Trade Notice No. 21/2019-20 dated 28th June, 2019.
As you are aware, the Foreign Trade Policy plays a significant role in promoting the growth of exports. It is likely that you may have some suggestions for improvements in the existing Policy / Procedures as well as for the introduction of new schemes which can further promote the growth of exports.
In this regard, DGFT has invited suggestions / inputs from all the stakeholders for framing the proposed new Foreign Trade Policy.
You may send your valuable suggestions / inputs separately for the Foreign Trade Policy and Hand Book of Procedures, chapter-wise, in the format given below to ftp2019-dgft@gov.in. The above suggestions / inputs may be also sent to the Council at (ed@srtepc.in/ es@srtepc.in) for making a comprehensive submission to the Government. The mail should reach the Council latest by 10th July, 2019.
