Sub.: One time last opportunity to submit EODC documents on or before 18th July, 2019 for EPCG and Advance authorisations, wherein Export Obligation period has already expired
Dear Member,
O/o Addl. DGFT (CLA) has issued Trade Notice No. 1/2019-20 dated 10th July, 2019 granting one time last opportunity to holders of Advance Authorisation (AA) & Export Promotion Capital Goods (EPCG) for submitting Redemption / EODC documents on or before 18th July, 2019.
In this regard, O/o Addl. DGFT (CLA) has observed that a large number of AA and EPCG holders have not submitted Redemption / EODC documents even when the Export Obligation period has expired long back. A List of Advance Authorisation holders and EPCG Authorisation holders who have failed to submit the EO discharge documents is displayed on the following link – http://dgft.delhi.nic.in/dgftcla/tradenotice.html
Therefore, Council requests our members who are Authorisation holders of the above Schemes and have not submitted their Redemption / EODC documents to do so immediately before being declared as defaulter and placed under DEL.
In case of any difficulty, Authorisation holder may approach Shri Kumar Rahul, Jt. DGFT and Shri Ramesh Verma, Dy. DGFT for EPCG and Advance Authorisation respectively.
Members may kindly make a note of the above and do the needful immediately to avoid unnecessary action and penal proceedings.
