Sub.: CBIC extends the last date for furnishing FORM GST CMP-08

Dear Member,

We would like to inform you that CBIC has issued Notification No. 34/2019- Central Tax dated 18th July, 2019 notifying the extension for filing returns by the composition dealers in Form GST CMP-08.

The due date for furnishing FORM GST CMP-08 statement containing the details of payment of self-assessed tax, for the quarter April, 2019 to June, 2019, or part thereof, shall be 31^st July, 2019.

Members may kindly make a note of the same.
