Sub.:  Protocol for Banks / lending agencies for conduct of JITs for Ongoing subsidy accounts of previous version of TUFS

Dear Member

As you may be aware, Inter-Ministerial Steering Committee (IMSC) has decided to conduct physical verification of machinery in respect of the ongoing accounts under M-TUFS, R-TUFS and RR-TUFS.at its meeting held on 27^th February 2019. 

In this regard, we would like to inform you that O/o Textile Commissioner has issued Public Notice vide F.No.12(10)/IMSC/A-TUFS/2019/TUFS Cell dated 25^th July, 2019 informing the following:

• In the first phase, Joint Inspection Team (JIT) in the pattern of ATUFS would be constituted to physically verify the machinery procured and other documents for 2816 cases for which the banks / lending agencies have submitted the claims of the units through online to the O/o Textile Commissioner.  

• It further directs Banks / lending agencies who have sanctioned / disbursed term loan under TUFS to the beneficiaries to upload certain documents scheme–wise and unit–wise in the window under iTUFS software for conduct of inspection by JIT on (FIFO) basis. 

• The details of the documents to be uploaded and the steps to upload the documents are given in the above mentioned Public Notice.
