Sub.: Uploading the corrected documents by banks to ROTxC
from 27.01.2020 to 02.02.2020
Dear Member,
Kindly refer to Council’s earlier Circular No. ES/215/2019-20 dated 22nd January, 2020 regarding issuance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) by O/o Textile Commissioner for disbursement of subsidies for cases under RRTUFS vide F. No. 12(10)/IMSC/A-TUFS/JITP/2019/39 dated 16th January, 2020.
Now, in this regard, the Council has received a communication from O/o Textile Commissioner informing the following details–
The Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) dated 16th January, 2020 for previous version of TUFS for uploading the corrected documents by banks to Regional Offices of O/o Textile Commissioner is from 27th January, 2020 to 02nd February, 2020.
The window has now been opened in i-TUFS software for uploading the corrected documents.
Members are requested to re-submit / re-upload the corrected documents in the i-TUFS Software to concerned Regional Offices of O/o Textile Commissioner from 27th January, 2020 to 02nd February, 2020 as per timeline mentioned in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) immediately.
This window will not be opened again in this financial year.
Members may kindly make a note of the above and do the needful at the earliest.
