Sub: Re-submission of deficient documents for JIT under RRTUFS till 02.02.2020
Dear Member,
Kindly refer to Council’s earlier Circular No. ES/215/2019-20 dated 22nd January, 2020 regarding issuance of Standard Operating Procedures by O/o Textile Commissioner for disbursement of subsidies for cases under RRTUFS vide F. No. 12(10)/IMSC/A-TUFS/JITP/2019/39 dated 16th January, 2020 and Circular No. ES/219/2019-20 dated 28th January, 2020 regarding a communication from O/o Textile Commissioner informing about uploading the corrected documents by banks to ROTxC from 27.01.2020 to 02.02.2020.
Now, the Council has received another message from the Regional Office of the Textile Commissioner, Navi Mumbai informing that all applications uploaded by nodal banks have been scrutinized by this office and the deficient JIT request have been returned to concern nodal banks. In this regard, all concern banks were requested for re-submission of deficient documents/ 6 mandatory documents from 27th January 2020 to 2nd February 2020.
Members are once again requested to kindly contact their nodal banks for necessary action within the stipulated time.
