Sub.: CBIC exempts registered persons from issuing e-invoices and the date for implementation of e-invoicing extended to 01.10.2020
Dear Member,
CBIC has issued NNotificationo.13/020-Central Tax dated 21st March, 2020 exempting registered persons whose aggregate turnover in a financial year exceeds one hundred crore rupees,from issuing e-invoices and the date for implementation of e-invoicing extended to 1st october, 2020.
This notification shall come into force from 1st October, 2020.
