Sub: Further Amendment of Public Notice No.54/2020 dated 27.03.2020

Dear Member, 

Air Cargo Complex (Sahar) has issued Public Notice No.85/2020 dated 22nd May, 2020 on the above subject.

In this regard, you may refer to Public Notice No. 54/2020 dated 27th March, 2020 which was later amended vide Public Notice No. 65/2020 dated 17th April, 2020 and Public Notice No. 80/2020 dated  11th May, 2020 issued for waiver of late fee. 

Keeping in view the further extension of Lockdown period  till 31st May, 2020, para.3 of Public Notice No. 54/2020, mentioning “—IGM filed on or after 20th March, 2020, if filed late for clearance of import consignment”,  shall be read amended as “—IGM filed on or after 20th March, 2020, but on or before 31.05.2020, if filed late on or before 03.06.2020, for clearance of import consignment”.

Please note that the other content of Public Notice Nos.54/2020 and 65/2020 remain unchanged. Therefore Public Notice No. 54/2020 stands amended to this extent.
