Sub.: CBIC extends the due date for filing FORM GSTR-4 for the financial year 2019-2020
Dear Member,
CBIC has issued Notification No.59/2020 – Central Tax dated 13th July, 2020 by making amendments in Notification No. 21/2019- Central Tax, dated 23rd April, 2019 to extend the due date for filing FORM GSTR-4 for the financial year 2019-20.
In the said notification, in the third paragraph, in the first proviso, for the figures, letters and words “15th July, 2020”, the figures, letters and words “31st August, 2020” shall be substituted.
Members may kindly make a note of the above.
