Sub.: Duty Credit Scrips for RoSCTL
Dear Member,
As you may be aware, the Ministry of Textiles had issued Notification No. 12015/11/2020-TTP dated 9th June, 2020 regarding issuance of Duty Credit Scrips for RoSCTL/ RoSL by the O/o DGFT, New Delhi.
In this regard, the Council has been receiving representations from the member-exporters regarding problems faced by them while filing applications for RoSCTL License on the DGFT website.
We would like to inform you that the Council had taken up these issues with the O/o DGFT requesting to resolve this matter at the earliest, so that the RoSCTL licenses are granted to the member-exporters.
In this regard, the Council has received a message from O/o DGFT, New Delhi informing that the module for RoSCTL would be opened as and when the requisite additional funds for running the scheme are made available by the Ministry of Finance. The Directorate is following it up with the Ministry of Finance and the module would be opened as soon as possible.
