Line of Credit (LOC)
The Hon’ble Prime Minister of India during the visit of the Vietnamese Prime Minister to India has announced US$300 million Line of Credit (LOC) to promote the textile trade between the two countries. It was informed that the Exim Bank would be the lead Agency for financing of this LOC. Out of this, a sum of US$250 million would be allocated for the trade part and $50 million for investment into joint ventures.
