Dear Member,
This is to inform you that CBIC has issued Notification No. 64/2020-Customs (N.T.) dated 31st July, 2020 by amending the Transhipment of Cargo to Nepal under Electronic Cargo Tracking System Regulations, 2019. These regulations may be called the Transhipment of Cargo to Nepal under Electronic Cargo Tracking System (Amendment) Regulations, 2020 and shall come into force on the day of their publication in the Official Gazette.
Members may kindly make a note of the above amendments.
