Grant of Status Certificate
The Para 3.19 (a) of Handbook of Procedures Vol. 2015-2020 states that Status Certificate issued under FTP 2009-14 to an IEC holder shall remain valid 30th June 2015 or till the issuance of Status Certificate to such IEC holder under the new Policy 2015-2020, whichever is earlier.
Members may take note of the same and apply for status recognition accordingly. Application is required to be filed online in ANF 3C and scanned copy of relevant prescribed documents may be uploaded. The Online application for Status Certificate should be filed using digital signature, which Jurisdictional RA/DC by Registered Office/Head Office. The criteria for status recognition are as under:

The above performance will be counted on the basis of FOB value of proceeds realized during the current and previous two financial years. For granting status, export performance is necessary in at least two out of the three years. Benefit of double weightage is available only for grant of One Star Export House Status category in MSME, MESMED, Manufacturing units having ISO/BIS, units located in the North Eastern States and units located in agri.
