Dear Sir,
Sub : Renewal of Council's Membership for the year 2015-2016
We would like to bring to your kind notice that we have receivedpayment of Membership Renewal for the financial year 2015-16 through RTGS (download). However, the name of the concerned exporter or companycan not be traced out or identified due toun-sufficient information.In absence of the proper information we could not credit/ account forthe amountof RTGS as mentioned in the Excel Sheet. Hence, due to lack of proper information, we also could not have renewedthe membership for the these RTGS payments.
Therefore, you are requested to recognize the transactions as mentioned in the sheet attachedand incase the same is sent by your company you may confirm to us through mail by giving the photo copy of your bank statement as proof of payment.
On such receipt of the information from your side we will able to renew the member ship for such transaction/ payments.
Those who have not renewed the Membership for 2015-16 are requested to renew the same at the earliest before the hike in service tax rates.
Your early action in matter is highly expected.
