REMINDER-II

Dear Sir,

                    Sub:  Renewal of SRTEPC Membership for the year 2015-2016

Please refer to our earlier letters and reminder requesting you to renew your membership of the Council for the year 2015-2016.  It is observed that we have not received the subscription fee from you so far.  Perhaps this must have escaped your attention.

We would like to inform you that the Government of India has increased the Service Tax from 12.36% to 14%. This will be w.e.f. 1^st June, 2015 vide their Notification NO.14/2015-Service Tax, dated 19^th May, 2015.

As you are aware the Council has been striving to provide enhanced services for export promotion and facilitate members to resolve their issues on exports fronts. Hence in the wake of increased costs, the Council has decided to increase the membership fees w.e.f. 1^st June, 2015. The revised fees for Renewal of Membership for the respective categories of the Council are as given below:

Revised Renewal Membership Fee (effective from June 1^st , 2015)

Note: The old fees will not be accepted w.e. from June 1^st 2015.

However, till May 30^th  the old membership fees will be accepted by the Council.

In view of the above, we once again request you to send the renewal Membership Subscription fee for the year 2015-2016 amounting to Rs.8764/-  (Rs. 5394/- only for S.S.I. Units subject to submission of copy of SSI Certificate) before 30^th May, 2015. 

Please note that all  Members who will be renewing their membership after 30^th May, 2015 will have to pay the revised membership fee as given above i.e. Rs.11,343  (Rs.7,353/- for SSI Units).

You are therefore, requested to expedite your payment immediately to take the benefit of paying Membership fees before the above said revision which will be applicable  from 1^st June, 2015 onwards

You may also send your payment through NEFT/RTGS (as per bank details given below).

Please send the  necessary intimation of your NEFT  payment to the Council by phone or email to deniza@srtepc.in, accts@srtepc.in Which  will enable  the Council to identify the transaction and issue a receipt/invoice  immediately.

As already informed, non- payment of Membership Subscription will lead to discontinuation of Membership as well as cancellation of the Registration-cum-Membership Certificate (RCMC) issued to you. You will also not be in a position to take advantage of the various services of the Council including participation in our export promotion programmes.
