Re : Participation in Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics (ITSA) in China from 13st to 15th October 2015
We are glad to inform you that the Council, as part of its Export Promotion Programmes for the year 2015-16, is organizing participation of its member-companies in “Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics” being held from 13th to 15thth October 2015 in China.
As you are perhaps aware, “Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics” (ITSA) is one of the most renowned Textile Shows - showcasing the complete range of apparel fabrics & accessories. The Expo serves, as a ‘one-stop opportunity’ for the Textile Industry to exhibit and discuss business for supplying all types of fabrics & accessories. This Show is expected to help Exhibitors meet and network with their target customers (Buyers) of fabrics from China as well as from other leading buying countries. The highlights of the Fair are as follows:
Market Potential :
Product Group : Textiles items including fabrics of synthetics and their blends (MMF textiles), Cotton, Wool, Silk, Linen/Ramie, Knitting, Functional, Lace, Embroidery, Linings and Fashion Accessories will be showcased during the Fair in shanghai.
Exhibitors Profile : Country Pavilions from Italy, Germany, France, Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, UK, Turkey, Australia, among others are being organized regularly for promoting the sale of Fashion fabrics, Functional fabrics and Apparel fabrics
Visitors Profile: Apparel manufacturers, Trading companies, Departmental Stores, Buying Houses, Import and Export corporations, Wholesalers, Agents, etc. are scheduled to visit the forth coming Anniversary Edition of the Fair.
Participation fee / Early Bird Discount : Participation fee for a standard booth of 9sq.mtrs booth is fixed at Rs.3.20 lakhs. Though the last date for confirming participation with duly filled in Application Form and full payment is 4th July 2015 (Saturday), an amount of Rs. 5000/- will be offered as “Early Bird Discount” to those confirming participation at the earliest but not later than 25th June, 2015.
Market Development Assistance (MDA) Grant: Since the above Programme in China is approved by the Government for the participants to claim MDA benefits, considering limited fund availability, only first 10 eligible member-companies will be offered re-imbursements of MDA Grant of Rs.1.25 lakhs subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions. For more details, members may like to contact the Council in the matter.
Special Catalogue for SRTEPC Member – participants: Though the Organizers of the fair will compile a Catalogue of all the participants in the Fair, SRTEPC, in addition to the Organizers Catalogue, will publish separate “Exhibitors Catalogue” containing profiles of SRTEPC member – participants, which will be disseminated among prospective China Buyers to enhance their chance to meet their Indian counterparts during Exhibition.
Cancellation Policy: This will be decided by the Cancellation Policy of the Organizers of the Fair. In view of the above, those interested in participation in “Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics” Fair in China are requested to immediately confirm their participation along with duly filled in “Application Forms” and full payment directly to the Council by a Cheque/DD (out-stationed applicants) to be drawn in favour of “The Synthetic & Rayon Textiles Export Promotion Council, Mumbai” on or before 4th July, 2015. Members may please note that considering limited space availability, participation will be accepted by the Council on First-Cum-First-Serve Basis, and no application will be considered for participation on the expiry of the above deadline.
