TO MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL
Dear Sir,
We are glad to inform you that the Council has drawn up an extensive programme for organizing Exhibitions/Fairs in various markets for the year 2015-16. The programme consists of exclusive Textile Exhibitions to be organized directly by the Council, and participation in select international Textile Fairs. The details of the programmes for the year 2015-16 are given below:

As you would notice, these Exhibitions/Fairs are being held in various thrust and new markets. The objective is to give existing exporters to these markets new and wider contacts and an opportunity for new exporters to enter these markets in a big way. We are sending you the list of the Events, so that you may have an idea of what is in store for the entire year and choose the ones, which are suitable for you.
We would like you to reply to the Council -- indicating the Exhibitions/Fairs, in which you are interested in, by filling up the enclosed “Reply Form”. Depending upon your interest, further details of the Exhibitions/Fairs like the participation fee, terms & conditions, etc. will be communicated to you in due course. Please note that it is important that you fill up the Reply Form, and indicate your interest, because unless we receive the same, we may not be in a position to send you further details.
Please note that Market Development Assistance (MDA) is available to the exporters for participation in Exhibitions/Fairs abroad. As per the MDA Scheme, limited number of eligible member-companies will receive reimbursement of expenses incurred towards participation fee and traveling as per the prevailing terms & conditions on First-come-first-served basis. As for the Exhibitions, which will be organized under Market Access Initiative (MAI) scheme, though member-exporters will not get any direct re-imbursements for their participation in the Exhibitions, the costs of participation in the those Events under the MAI Scheme will highly be subsidized.
