Sub : Draft on Environmental Standards of Manmade Fibre Industry
Dear Sir,
The Council has received a communication from the Office of the Textile Commissioner, Mumbai forwarding a Draft on Environmental Standards of Manmade Fibre Industry from Central Pollution Control Board.
We would like to inform our members that the Central Pollution Control Board has revised the Environmental Standards of Manmade Fibre Industry. The Draft was forwarded to the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate change (MOEFCC) for issuing a Notification in this regard. The concerned Ministry requests the views / comments of all those associated with the Man-Made Fibre Industry.
The Council therefore requests its members to go through this Proposed Draft prepared by the Central Pollution Control Board on the Environmental Standards of Manmade Fibre Industry and send to the Council your views/suggestions (if any) on the above matter at the earliest, latest by 5th August, 2015.
