Sub: Extension of FTP 2015-20 upto 30^th September, 2021 / Validity of the existing HBP 2015-20 is extended upto 30^th September, 2021

Dear Member,

A) Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020

O/o DGFT has issued Notification No. 60/2015-20 dated 31^stMarch, 2021 regarding extension of the existing Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020 upto 30^th September, 2021.

Following amendments have been made in the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20:

Para 1.01 (Duration of FTP)

The phrase ‘shall remain in force up to 31^st March, 2021 unless otherwise specified’ is substituted by the phrase ‘shall remain in force up to 30^th September, 2021 unless otherwise specified.’
Para 4.14 (Details of Duties exempted)

The date ’31.03.2021’ as appearing in the last line is substituted by ’30.09.2021’.
Para 5.01 (a) (EPCG Scheme)

The date ’31.03.2021’ as appearing in the second sentence is substituted by ’30.09.2021’.
Para 6.01 (d) (ii) (Export and Import of Goods)

The date ’31.03.2021’ as appearing in the last line is substituted by ’30.09.2021’.

B) Hand Book of Procedures 2015-20

Further, O/o DGFT has issued Public Notice No. 48/2015-2020 dated 31^st March, 2021 regarding extension of the validity of the existing Hand Book of Procedures 2015-20 upto 30^thSeptember, 2021.

Following amendments have been made in the Hand Book of Procedures 2015- 20:

Para 1.01 (Notification of Procedure)

The phrase ’shall remain in force until 31^st March, 2021’ is substituted by the phrase ‘shall remain in force until 30^th September, 2021.’
Para 3.20 (a) (Validity of status certificate)

The phrase ‘or 31.03.2021, whichever is later’ is substituted by the phrase ‘or 30.09.2021, whichever is later’.
Para 4.12 (vi) (Entitlement)

The date ’31.03.2021’, as appearing in the first sentence is substituted by ’30.09.2021.’
