With reference to letter ref no. Mem/2021-22/002 dated 9th April 2021 regarding election of Vice-Chairman post. Please find attached the notice of Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) dated 1st May 2021 about the scheduled meeting of EGM on 15th May 2021 at 2.00 pm, hard copy of which has already been circulated. However, due to current lock down situation, the same is being forwarded by email also.
Members are requested to take a note of the same and attend the EGM. The Video Conferencing link will be shared one day in advance by email to all members.
