Sub : EGM on Saturday, 15^th May,2021  at 2.00 p.m. via  Video Conferencing. 

Kindly refer to the EGM notice dated 1st May, 2021 informing that the Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the Council will be held on Saturday, 15^th May,2021  at  2.00 p.m.  via video Conferencing  with regard to election of Vice-Chairman. 

In this regard, we would like to inform that the Council has received nomination form for the post of Vice-Chairman from Shri Bhadresh Dodhia of M/s. Dodhia Synthetics Ltd. which was found to be valid by the  Scrutiny Committee.   Being a single nomination, Shri Bhadresh Dodhia has been elected unopposed.  The EGM is called for ratification of election of Shri Bhadresh Dodhia as Vice-chairman.  

Hence, we request you to confirm your presence at the EGM to be held on 15^th May,2021 at 2.00 p.m.
