Kindly refer to Council’s earlier Circular No. ES/110/2021-22 dated 22nd July, 2021 whereby CBIC had issued Circular No. 15/2021-Customs dated 15th July, 2021 regarding implementation of RMS for processing of Duty Drawback Claims. Now, in this regard, JNCH has also issued Public Notice No. 73/2021 dated 22nd July, 2021.
