CBIC amends Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment Regulations 2018

Sub: CBIC amends Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment Regulations 2018 

Dear Member,   

CBIC has issued Notification No. 70/2021-Customs (N.T.) dated 31^st August, 2021 by making amendments in the Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment Regulations, 2018. 

These regulations may be called the Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment (Seventh Amendment) Regulations, 2021, and shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 

In the said regulations, amendments have been made in regulation 15- 

(a) in sub-regulation (2), for the words, figures and letters, “till 31^st August, 2021”, the words, figures and letters, “till 30^th September, 2021” shall be substituted. 

Members may kindly make a note of the above.
