Amendment in Export Policy of Melt Blown Fabric

Sub: Amendment in Export Policy of Melt Blown Fabric 

Dear Member,        

As you are aware, vide Notification No.28/2015-20 dated 18th August,2020, DGFT had earlier  allowed freely export of Non-woven fabrics of any GSM i.e including of 25-70 GSM (Except Melt-blown Fabric of any GSM).    

Now, we would like to inform you that O/o DGFT has issued Notification No. 37/2015-20 dated 14^th October, 2021 by allowing freely exports of the Melt Blown Fabric of any GSM with immediate effect.  

Following amendments have been made in Notification No. 28/2015-20 dated 18^th August, 2020: 

The Council thanks the Government, Ministries of Textiles, Commerce & Industry, and O/o DGFT for allowing freely exports of the Melt Blown Fabric of any GSM. 

Members may kindly make a note of the above.
