Sub: Faceless Assessment – Creation of Facilitation Helpdesk
Air Cargo Complex (Sahar) has issued Public Notice No. 57/2021 dated 25th October, 2021 regarding Faceless Assessment – Creation of Facilitation Helpdesk.
In addition to other functions, Turant Suvidha Kendra (TSK) at ACC will act as “Facilitation Helpdesk” for any grievance related to clearance of the B/E filed in the port.
Accordingly, in terms of any grievance related to clearance of the B/E pertaining to Mumbai Customs Zone-III, ACC (Sahar), the Importers/Exporters/ Customs Brokers/Stakeholders may contact the Supdt./Appraising Officer, Turant Suvidha Kendra, ACC (Sahar).
Grievance relating to clearance of the B/E may be communicated on E-Mail ID at email@example.com and can register and track their grievance on http://accmumbai.gov.in/aircargo/import/fag.html. The TSK will forward the grievance to the concerned FAG TSK/Concerned group of INBOM4 for early redressal.
Ms. Mamta Saini (Email id: firstname.lastname@example.org), Joint Commissioner of Customs, TSK, ACC (Sahar) has been designated as nodal officer to serve as single point for the escalation of the grievance with regards to clearance of B/E requiring urgent attention filed at ACC.
