Sub: Re-constitution of Committee for RoDTEP
Dear Member,
This is with regard to Council’s Circular No. ES/194/2021-22 dated 30th October, 2021 inviting data for determination of RoDTEP rates for Advance Authorization (AA)/ Export Oriented Units (EoUs) / Special Economic Zone (SEZ) exports in the specified Proforma (refer to Circular No. ES/194/2021-22).
In this connection, O/o DGFT has issued a Trade Notice No. 23/2021-22 dated 9th November, 2021 requesting members of Trade to submit the data in the requisite format (available in the above link) through the Council to the RoDTEP Committee directly within the stipulated timelines.
Further, your kind attention is invited to Council’s earlier Circular No. ES/193/2021-22 dated 30th October, 2021 inviting data on issues relating to errors or anomalies, if any, arising from the report of the erstwhile RoDTEP Committee in the specified Proforma (link given in Circular No. ES/193/2021-22) giving proper justification for considering the rate given to be anomalous and need for review of such rates.
We once again earnestly request all our members to kindly send us the details positively on or before 15th November, 2021 (Monday) at the following email ids (ed@srtepc.in / sybil@srtepc.in / annie@srtepc.in
and es@srtepc.in) for enabling us to consolidate the proposals and submit the same to the Drawback Division for consideration within the specified time.
Members may kindly make a note of the above and treat this as most urgent.
