Sub: Request for the details of pending Shipping Bills as per Consultative Notice issued by JNCH
Dear Member,
This has reference to Council’s Circular No. ES/4/2022-23 dated 4th April, 2022 informing about JNCH’s Public Notice No.20/2022 dated 25th March, 2022 regarding Non/Part Realization of export proceeds for shipping bills for which drawback has been claimed and disbursed during the period from 1st April, 2014 to 31st March, 2018.
In this regard, the Council has been receiving information from some of our members about the Consultative Notice issued to them by JNCH. We request the concerned members to provide the details as per the Table given below:

We request our members to kindly provide the above details (in excel format) and send it to the Council at ed@srtepc.in and es@srtepc.in, latest by 18th April, 2022 (Monday) for enabling us to take up the matter with the concerned Authority.
In case you do not have the above details, you may kindly follow up with your Authorized Dealer Banks for updating export proceeds realization details in the respective bank’s EDPMS so that the data is transmitted to Customs for reconciliation.
A functionality has also been made available on the ICEGATE Portal where exporters can themselves verify export proceeds realization details in respect of individual export shipment and raise queries related to rectification required if any.
Alternatively, you may kindly request JNCH Customs by visiting their Office or sending a mail to the concerned Officer to provide you the details of your pending Shipping Bills as per the Consultative Notice issued.
