Sub:  Alignment of Appendix 4R with the Finance Act, 2021 w.e.f. 1^st January, 2022 

Dear Member,           

This is to inform you that O/o DGFT has issued Notification No. 4/2015-20 dated 11^th May, 2022 notifying the new RoDTEP Schedule (Appendix 4R) after aligning the earlier schedule with the Customs Tariff Schedule as per Finance Act, 2021. This Appendix 4R shall be effective from 1^st January, 2022. 

Members may kindly make a note of the above.
