Sub: Uploading of e-BRC by 15.07.2022 for S/Bills on which RoSCTL scrip has been availed from DGFT RAs
Dear Sir,
Vide DGFT’s Trade Notice No. 12/2022-23 dtd. 30th May, 2022, exporting firms who have been issued RoSCTL scrips for exports/ Shipping Bills upto 31st December, 2020 are requested to kindly get the relevant e-BRCs uploaded in the DGFT server by their Authorised Dealer (AD) banks latest by 15th July, 2022.
As you are aware, RoSCTL is the Scheme for Rebate of State and Central Taxes and Levies on exports of garments and Made-ups.
Your attention is drawn to Para 4.96 (d) of Public Notice No. 58 dtd. 29.1.2020, wherein it has been stipulated that under RoSCTL, rebate allowed is subject to the receipt of export proceeds within time allowed under the FEMA, 1999 failing which such rebate shall be deemed never to have been allowed. Action under the FT (D&R) Act, 1992 may be taken by the RAs for repayment of erroneous or excess paid RoSCTL.
Members may kindly make a note of the above and do the needful at the earliest.
